Action And Clinical Pharmacology: Vitamin E functions as an antioxidant and stabilizer of cell membranes.

Indications And Clinical Uses: For the treatment of sunburn, minor cuts and burns and other minor skin irritations.

Precautions: If adverse reaction or irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician. In the case of a serious burn, consult a physician. Not for ophthalmic use. tag_DosageDosage

Dosage: Apply ointment to the affected area once or twice daily. If necessary, cover with sterile gauze.

Availability And Storage: Each g of petrolatum based ointment contains: high purity natural source vitamin E 30 IU (22 mg) as d-alpha tocopheryl acetate. Nonmedicinal ingredients: cetyl esters wax, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, petrolatum, polysorbate, propyl parahyroxybenzoate and sorbitan sesquioleate. Tubes of 50 g. Jars of 50 g. Store at 15 to 30° C.
