Sunscreen

Indications And Clinical Uses: A waterproof, non-PABA sunscreen for extremely sun-sensitive patients, or those patients who exhibit a sensitivity to PABA or its esters. Offers maximum UVA and UVB sun protection. Regular usage may help prevent premature aging and wrinkling of the skin due to sun overexposure.

Precautions: For external use only. If skin irritation develops, discontinue use. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep gel away from open flame.

Dosage: Gently smooth a liberal amount onto dry skin before sun exposure. Reapply to dry skin after prolonged swimming or excessive perspiration.

Availability And Storage: Cream: Each g of non-PABA, fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, waterproof cream sunscreen contains: octyl methoxycinnamate 7.5%, octyl salicylate 5%, oxybenzone 3% and butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane (Parsol® 1789) 3%. Nonmedicinal ingredients: benzyl alcohol, carbomer 940, cetyl alcohol, DEA cetyl phosphate, dimethicone-225, disodium EDTA, isodecyl neopentanoate, isopropyl myristate, Kathon CG, PG dioctanoate, PVP/eicosene copolymer, stearic acid, triethanolamine and water. Bottles of 110 mL.

Clear Gel: Each g of non-PABA, fragrance-free, non-comedogenic waterproof gel sunscreen contains: octyl methoxycinnamate 7.5%, octyl salicylate 5%, oxybenzone 6% and butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane (Parsol® 1789) 3%. Nonmedicinal ingredients: acrylates/t-octylpropenamide, hydroxypropylcellulose, PPG-15 stearyl ether and SD alcohol G 1-B (64% w/w). Bottles of 110 mL.

Kids Cream: Each g of non-PABA, fragrance-free, non- comedogenic water-proof cream sunscreen contains: octyl methoxycinnamate 7.5%, octyl salicylate 5%, oxybenzone 3% and butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane (Parsol® 1789) 3%. Nonmedicinal ingredients: benzyl alcohol, carbomer 940, cetyl alcohol, DEA cetyl phosphate, dimethicone-225, disodium EDTA, isodecyl neopentanoate, isopropyl myristate, Kathon CG, PG dioctanoate, PVP/eicosene copolymer, stearic acid, triethanolamine and water.
