Vitamin A–Vitamin D 3–Vitamin C–Potassium Fluoride Dietary Supplement

Action And Clinical Uses:

Dietary supplement of vitamins A, D, C, and fluoride for the maintenance of good health for children 3 years to under 6 years of age.

Precautions:

If used in an area where drinking water contains more then 0.7 ppm fluoride ion or is artificially fluoridated, mottling of tooth enamel may result. Parents should be cautioned against excessive dosage. The bottle should be kept out of reach of children:

Dosage And Administration:

1.0 mL daily (fill dropper to top line). Dispense directly in the mouth or mix with formula, fruit juice or other food.

Availability And Storage:

Each mL of liquid (drops) contains: vitamin A 1 500 IU, vitamin D 400 IU, vitamin C 30 mg, and fluoride 0.5 mg. Supplied from vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D 3, ascorbic acid and potassium fluoride. Nonmedicinal ingredients: artificial flavors, glycerin, polysorbate, purified water and sodium hydroxide. Bottles of 50 mL, dropper included. All bottles are safety sealed.
