Vitamin A–Vitamin D 3–Vitamin C–Potassium Fluoride Dietary Supplement

Indications And Clinical Uses :

Dietary supplement of vitamins A, D, C, and fluoride for the maintenance of good health for the infants and children 6 months to under 3 years of age.

Dosage And Administration:

1.0 mL daily (fill dropper to top line). Dispense directly in the mouth or mix with formula, fruit juice or other food.

Availability And Storage:

Each mL of liquid (drops) contains: vitamin A 1 500 IU, vitamin D 400 IU, vitamin C 30 mg, and fluoride 0.25 mg. Supplied from vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D 3, ascorbic acid and potassium fluoride. Nonmedicinal ingredients: artificial flavors, glycerin, polysorbate, purified water and sodium hydroxide. Bottles of 50 mL, dropper included. All bottles are safety sealed.
