Vitamin A–Vitamin D 3–Vitamin C Dietary Supplement

Indications And Clinical Uses:

Dietary supplement of vitamins A, D and C for the maintenance of good health for the growing infants and children under 3 years of age.:

Precautions:

Parents should be cautioned against excessive dosage. The bottle should be kept out of reach of children.

Dosage And Administration:

1.0 mL (fill dropper to top line). Dispense directly in the mouth or mix with formula, fruit juice, or other food.

Availability And Storage:

Each mL (drops) of liquid contains: vitamin A 1 500 IU, vitamin D 400 IU and vitamin C 30 mg. Supplied from vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D 3 and ascorbic acid. Nonmedicinal ingredients: artificial flavors, glycerin, polysorbate 80, purified water and sodium hydroxide. Bottles of 25 and 50 mL, dropper included. All bottles are safety sealed.
