Availability And Storage:

10 mg/mL: Each mL of solution contains: tobramycin sulfate equivalent to tobramycin 10 mg. Nonmedicinal ingredients: edetate disodium, phenol, sodium metabisulfite and water for injection. May contain sodium hydroxide and/or sulfuric acid for pH adjustment. Rubber stoppered vials of 2 mL for single use, cartons of 25.

40 mg/mL: Each mL of solution contains: tobramycin sulfate equivalent to tobramycin 40 mg. Nonmedicinal ingredients: edetate disodium, phenol, sodium metabisulfite and water for injection. May contain sodium hydroxide and/or sulfuric acid for pH adjustment. Rubber stoppered vials of 2 mL for single use, cartons of 25. Rubber stoppered vials of 30 mL for multiple dose use, cartons of 1.

Store at controlled room temperature (15 to 30°C).
