SAFE TUSSIN 30 LIQUID

Indications And Clinical Uses:

For temporary relief of cough due to minor throat and cough associated with the common cold or inhaled irritants. Helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to rid the bronchial passageways of bothersome mucus.

DIRECTIONS

Adults and children 12 years of age and over: 2 teaspoonfuls every 6 hours, not to exceed 8 teaspoonfuls in 24 hours. Children 6 to under 12 years of age: 1 teaspoonful every 6 hours not to exceed 4 teaspoonfuls in 24 hours. Children 2 to under 6 years of age: 1 /2 teaspoonful every 6 hours not to exceed 2 teaspoonfuls in 24 hours. Children under 2 years of age consult a physician.

INACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Citric Acid, Benzoic Acid U.S.P., Glycerin U.S.P., Sorbitol, Flavor (Peppermint, Menthol), Water.

Safe Tussin 30 does not contain antihistamines, sugar, alcohol, sodium, dyes, codeine; all of which may pose risks for certain patients. Each dose of Safe Tussin 30 contains .066g sorbitol, a non-nutritive caloric sweetener.

Contra-Indications:

Do not take if hypersensitive to Guaifenesin, Dextromethorphan or any of the ingredients listed above.

HOW SUPPLIED

Each 10 cc contains 200 mg Guaifenesin, U.S.P. and 30 mg Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide U.S.P.
