Indications And Clinical Uses: For relief of discomfort due to gastrointestinal gas, resulting from aerophagia, dyspepsia. Also, for relief of gas distress associated with other functional or organic conditions such as: diverticulosis, spastic colon, hyperacidity, postcholecystectomy syndrome, chronic cholecystitis, chronic pancreatitis, chronic alcoholism, elevated diaphragm in late pregnancy, aerophagia and aerophagic pseudoangina.

Dosage And Administration: Phazyme-95: 1 softgel before meals and at bedtime. Or as directed by a physician.

Phazyme-125: 1 softgel before meals and at bedtime. Or as directed by a physician.

Phazyme Liquid Adult Formula: 2 teaspoonfuls up to 4 times daily with meals and at bedtime. Do not exceed 8 teaspoonfuls/day unless directed by a physician.

Availability And Storage: Phazyme-95: Each softgel contains: simethicone USP 95 mg. Nonmedicinal ingredients: FD&C yellow No. 6, gelatin, glycerin, hydrogenated vegetable oil, lecithin, methyl paraben, polysorbate 80, propylparaben, purified water, soybean oil, titanium dioxide, vegetable shortening and yellow wax. Gluten-, lactose- and sucrose-free. Bottles of 12 and 50.

Phazyme-125: Each softgel contains: simethicone USP 125 mg. Nonmedicinal ingredients: FD&C Red No. 40, gelatin, glycerin, hydrogenated vegetable oil, lecithin, methylparaben, polysorbate 80, propylparaben, purified water, soybean oil, titanium dioxide, vegetable shortening and yellow wax. Gluten-, lactose- and sucrose-free. Blister packs of 36.

Phazyme Liquid Adult Formula: Each 10 mL of cherry- or mint-flavored liquid contains: simethicone USP 125 mg. Nonmedicinal ingredients: diluted hydrochloric acid, flavor (cherry, mint), glycerin, hydroxyethyl cellulose, polyoxyl 40 stearate, purified bentonite, purified water, sodium benzoate, sodium saccharin and titanium dioxide. Gluten-, lactose- and sucrose-free. Bottles of 300 mL.
